Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary-to-hire and direct-hire roles
- Develop strategic partnerships with Atlanta-based companies to understand hiring needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and proprietary database for talent acquisition
- Conduct weekly payroll processing for temporary staff
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction metrics through personalized support
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing/recruitment experience in Atlanta market
- Proven track record with high-volume placements (50+ placements/year)
- Expert knowledge of Atlanta's business landscape and talent pools
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid GA driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
