Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Utilize our applicant tracking system and recruitment tools efficiently
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly and monthly placement goals
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Passion for helping people find meaningful employment
- Knowledge of Wichita's job market and industries
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
