Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments
- Match candidates to roles offering weekly pay opportunities
- Build/maintain strong client relationships across KY industries
- Manage entire recruitment lifecycle from application to placement
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience with transparent pay structures
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
- Track key metrics: placements, retention rates, and weekly pay satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in recruitment, staffing, or sales environment
- Proven success in candidate sourcing and relationship building
- Expert knowledge of Louisville's job market and industries
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems (Workday, Bullhorn, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Certification in Staffing/Recruiting (SHRM-SCP, CTS) preferred
