Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across multiple industries using innovative recruitment strategies
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from screening to placement onboarding
- Leverage ATS systems and data analytics to optimize hiring pipelines
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job advertisements and employer branding content
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and state labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record of placements
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with candidates and clients
- Exceptional communication abilities with diverse stakeholders
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated KPI achievement
- Valid Virginia staffing agency license or ability to obtain immediately
