Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across technical and non-technical roles
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies using cutting-edge sourcing platforms
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from offer to onboarding
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
- Drive client satisfaction through exceptional service and delivery

Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical or IT staffing experience in San Jose/Silicon Valley
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing techniques and ATS systems
- Strong negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
