Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding KPIs and placement metrics
- Expert knowledge of Dallas' talent landscape and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with candidates/clients
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to manage high-volume urgent hiring campaigns effectively
