Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including finance, tech, and healthcare
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments for cultural fit and skills alignment
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer processes
- Utilize ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience required
- Proven track record of high-volume placements in Charlotte market
- Expert knowledge of local talent pool and industry trends
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret hiring metrics and KPIs
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
