Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier talent across technical, healthcare, and industrial sectors
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with 50+ Kansas City area clients
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Leverage cutting-edge ATS tools and data-driven candidate matching
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and executive-level roles
- Optimize candidate experience through personalized communication
- Track KPIs and contribute to team performance targets

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of direct recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement quotas
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
