Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (manufacturing, IT, healthcare)
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: client consultations, job requisitions, interviews, offers
- Leverage ATS systems and CRM tools to optimize candidate tracking and reporting
- Develop client relationships to understand staffing needs and market demands
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve quarterly KPIs and service targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Expertise in candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Strong interview and assessment skills with attention to cultural fit
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of Detroit's talent market and key industries
