Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for urgent staffing assignments across multiple industries
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through targeted outreach, networking, and job board strategies
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and job readiness
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to candidate placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Develop relationships with hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding experiences
- Stay current with Milwaukee's job market trends and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven track record of urgent hiring success
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, niche job boards, and industry events
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications against client requirements
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Workday)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns with tight deadlines
- Deep understanding of Milwaukee's business landscape and talent ecosystem
