Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through targeted sourcing strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Develop and nurture client relationships to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Leverage ATS systems and CRM tools to track recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and competitive compensation trends
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of Colorado Springs' local job market and talent landscape
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Professional Recruiter Certification (CPC or CSP) a plus
