Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates through advanced recruitment channels including LinkedIn, niche job boards, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical competency
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement with 95% client satisfaction target
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in competitive industries
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) for pipeline management and reporting
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate or agency recruitment with proven track record in high-volume placements
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Strong knowledge of Sacramento's talent market and industry-specific hiring trends
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly KPIs (15+ placements/month)
- Professional Recruiter (CPC) or Staffing and Recruiting Certification (CSRP) preferred
