Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their unique needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal positions
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and client requirements
- Utilize our CRM system to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions in Wichita
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Professional certification (CPSR, CTS, or similar) is a plus
