Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 and mid-market companies
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect candidate-employer alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance with ATS proficiency
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and candidate quality metrics
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical and clinical positions
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency/staffing recruitment experience with proven placement metrics
- Expertise in healthcare, logistics, or IT talent acquisition strongly preferred
- ATS mastery (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) and CRM proficiency
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with 85% offer acceptance rate
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification a major plus
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
