Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using advanced recruiting technologies and platforms
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure perfect role alignment
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement with exceptional attention to detail
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct staffing or corporate recruiting experience with proven placement track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn or Greenhouse
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Fresno's talent market and industry-specific recruitment practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed placement targets
