Responsibilities

- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data analytics to optimize hiring strategies
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with sales team to develop new client partnerships and revenue streams
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs (e.g., placements, fill rates)
