Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers across industries
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide exceptional candidate support
- Document recruitment activities in our CRM system with precision
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master recruitment techniques
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to fill urgent client positions
Qualifications
- No prior recruitment or staffing experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Goal-oriented mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
