Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Manage applicant tracking system and recruitment documentation
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings
- Contribute to recruitment analytics and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic tech tools
