Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and attract top talent for technical and administrative roles.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business owners to understand their staffing needs.
- Interview Process: Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Placement: Negotiate offers, manage the onboarding process, and ensure seamless placements for temporary and permanent hires.
- Market Expansion: Develop strategies to expand our footprint in the Wichita market and drive new business development.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn.
- Drive: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
