Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for engineering and tech positions at Fortune 500 startups and established tech firms
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry networks
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including technical interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Develop deep expertise in emerging tech stacks (AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps) to consult with hiring managers
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to provide strategic recruitment counsel to clients
- Collaborate with business development team to expand client partnerships in San Jose's tech corridor
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven success in placing software engineers, data scientists, or DevOps professionals
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment marketing tools
- Strong network of Bay Area tech professionals with demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements into compelling candidate outreach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field; SHRM/SPHR certification preferred
- Results-driven mindset with track record of exceeding KPIs (time-to-fill, placement rates, client satisfaction)
