Responsibilities
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates across diverse industries using advanced recruitment techniques
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and key industry contacts
- Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to match talent with organizational culture
- Managing full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Utilizing ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) to track metrics and optimize workflows
- Developing strategic recruitment plans for high-demand roles in Tampa Bay

Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
