Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across diverse industries using proactive recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through targeted sourcing and networking
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and technical interviews
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process with client stakeholders
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and close placements
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (billings, placements, retention)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Professional Recruiter (CPR) or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
