Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for permanent positions
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and skills verification
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) pipeline and optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to provide competitive compensation advice
- Maintain 100% compliance with EEOC and labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills demonstrated by above-average placement rates
- Exceptional communication abilities with proficiency in English and Spanish
- Professional certification (CPSR, CERS, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record for client meetings
- Advanced knowledge of San Antonio's talent landscape and key employers
