Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical competencies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand staffing needs and market trends
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring exceptional candidate experience
- Utilize our proprietary ATS system to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools for specialized roles
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and client requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and placement targets
- Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques and interview methodologies
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
