Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, finance, and light industrial sectors
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through strategic networking
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop deep client relationships to understand staffing needs and market trends
- Leverage applicant tracking systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent pools and competitive compensation trends
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of proven recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage high-volume placements in competitive markets
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license for client visits
