Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various positions.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Utilize various recruitment strategies and social media platforms to attract talent.
- Manage the end-to-end placement process, including onboarding.
- Conduct market research to identify new staffing opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse).
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
