Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate skills/culture fit
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage applicant tracking system and recruitment documentation
- Collaborate with team to fill temporary, contract, and direct-hire roles
- Participate in recruitment events and talent acquisition initiatives
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
