Responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates through advanced recruitment strategies including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Develop creative sourcing plans for hard-to-fill positions in technical and skilled trades
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize processes
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client portfolio and service offerings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or corporate talent acquisition
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets and revenue goals
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee's job market and industry trends
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with candidates and clients
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
