Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across healthcare, tech, and finance sectors
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ Miami-based clients
- Execute full-cycle recruitment using our proprietary ATS platform
- Lead recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill technical and executive roles
- Analyze market trends to optimize talent acquisition strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives across all placements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in staffing or corporate recruitment with Miami market exposure
- Proven success placing technical candidates (IT, engineering, data science)
- Expertise in Boolean/X-Ray sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong negotiation skills with 90%+ client retention rate
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Fluency in English/Spanish for diverse client interactions
