Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across Miami-Dade County
- Utilize ATS platforms and social recruiting tools to identify passive candidates
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Drive recruitment metrics including time-to-fill and placement quality
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of high-volume placements in competitive markets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong knowledge of Miami's local job market and industry trends
- Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition (SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish
