Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers at partner organizations
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment processes
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Active SHRM-CP or CPC certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Mesa's local labor market dynamics
