Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for diverse client portfolios across Memphis and the Mid-South region
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Source passive candidates through innovative channels including LinkedIn, niche job boards, and local networking events
- Conduct high-impact candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to meet quarterly KPIs
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS while ensuring compliance with EEOC regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job advertisements for Memphis market
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics
- Expert knowledge of Memphis talent landscape and local industry clusters
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
