Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and logistics
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through strategic networking and digital recruitment
- Develop deep client relationships to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools for efficient candidate management
- Collaborate with sales team to exceed monthly placement targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of agency/staffing recruiting experience required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in a high-volume environment
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of Long Beach's talent market and key industries
