- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in Southern Nevada
- Collaborate with sales team to align recruitment strategies with business goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience in a high-volume environment
- Proven success in closing hard-to-fill positions across multiple sectors
- Expert knowledge of local Las Vegas job market and talent landscape
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
