Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through advanced recruiting channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking)
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to placement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in closing high-volume technical roles
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments
- Kansas City market familiarity preferred
- SHRM or CERP certification a plus
