Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for open requisitions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage job postings and optimize them for high visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successful placements and candidate acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- San Francisco Bay Area residency preferred.
