As a key member of our sales and talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards).
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Manage client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing market insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop recruitment strategies and drive revenue.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and placement goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and recruiting methodologies.
