Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from requisition to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Nurture candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of talent for immediate open roles.
- Collaborate with the payroll and compliance teams to ensure accurate candidate onboarding.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
- Strong network of contacts within the San Antonio business community.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
