Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and screen high-quality candidates for open positions.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide exceptional service.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Placement Management: Manage the onboarding process for new hires and ensure compliance with all employment regulations.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on salary trends and market conditions in the Raleigh area to advise clients effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue and expand our market share.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Tools: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
- Dedication: A self-starter mentality with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Raleigh, NC office.
