Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client positions in manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare sectors
- Conduct high-volume interviews and assessments to match candidates with perfect-fit opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at top Fort Worth companies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from job requisition to placement onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems and social recruiting platforms to expand talent pipelines
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly placement KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Stay current with Fort Worth's labor market trends and salary benchmarks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or staffing experience (agency or corporate)
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets in high-volume roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a hunter mentality
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
