Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for immediate staffing assignments across Fort Worth metroplex
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using our proprietary ATS and social recruiting tools
- Develop deep relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs and position our services
- Conduct rapid-fire interviews and make same-day hiring decisions for urgent temporary/permanent roles
- Drive business development through targeted outreach and client acquisition strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes while maintaining 95% candidate placement satisfaction
- Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and exceed KPI targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing, recruitment, or sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries (tech, healthcare, manufacturing preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly via phone/video
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close high-volume placements under tight deadlines
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed performance metrics
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
