Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential candidates to extending job offers.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms with selected candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly hiring targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
