Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open requisitions to ensure rapid fill rates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Manage the full life-cycle of temporary and permanent placements, from requisition to onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate background checks and drug screens.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and source of hire.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Jobvite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a focus on high volume.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for client visits.
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
