Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Scheduling: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates and schedule interviews.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular status updates.
- Placement Management: Manage the end-to-end placement process, including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of the competition and advise clients on compensation strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) is a plus.
- Drive: Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
