Responsibilities
- Actively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media (LinkedIn), networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for open requisitions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from interview coordination to offer negotiation.
- Develop and execute strategies to exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Jobvite) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
