Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across industries
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Implement creative sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, and networking
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS and ensure compliance with EEO guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve conversion rates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in agency or corporate setting
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn and industry networks
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn)
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment data and KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
