Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across Houston
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match candidates with ideal roles
- Manage client relationships through regular communication and requirement refinement
- Drive recruitment strategy using data analytics to optimize hiring outcomes
- Onboard new hires and ensure seamless client-candidate transitions
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience (agency preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in candidate sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of Houston's job market and key industries
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
