Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical and soft skill requirements.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client and candidate relationship management.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel for client meetings as needed.
