Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess fit.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage the onboarding process.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly placement and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or client services is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
