Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client roles in tech, finance, and healthcare
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track candidate pipelines
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment KPIs
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
